SUNDARĪ YOGA
A space to slow down and breathe
Welcome to Sundarī Yoga
ABOUT ME

Hi, I'm Queen. I'm a certified Sivananda yoga teacher (RYT 200).Born and raised in the mountains of Đà Lạt - yoga became my way of coming home to my body, and to myself. If that's something you're looking for too, I'd love to have you join me - let's walk this journey together
PRACTICE
Most people think yoga means bending into complicated shapes. Sivananda is the opposite - classical, slow, focused on inner stillness.

Good for beginners, stiff bodies, or anyone who just needs a place to slow down.If that's you, I'd love to have you along
Sivananda Yoga
One of the oldest, most original yoga systems in the world — rooted in traditional Indian yoga. The practice comes down to five core principles:

1. Proper Exercise (Asanas)

2. Proper Breathing (Pranayama)

3. Proper Relaxation (Savasana)

4. Proper Diet (Sattvic)

5. Positive Thinking & Meditation (Vedanta & Dhyana)
The Rhythm of a Class
PranayamaSlow, deep breathing that fills the body with oxygen and lets the mind quiet on its own.

Sun SalutationLearn the sequence that warms the body and wakes up its energy

12 AsanasGentle movementFlexible spine -flexible mind.

RelaxationStillness between each posture, so the body has time to actually take it in.
